Essential functions: As a Product Line Manager, this person’s primary purpose is to grow Dynaload business, with responsibility for profitability, customer satisfaction and guiding/influencing new product development. The role also involves leadership and coordination with multi functional teams including sales, engineering and operations.
Key responsibilities (attach approved Position Description): The Dynaload PLM will be responsible for Dynaload revenue growth. Key responsibilities to that end include:
- Maintain pricing to maximize sales/profits
- Work with sales channels to improve sales (training, joint customer calls, etc)
- Lead appropriate shows, advertising, and promotions
- Manage online presence, including Dynaload.com and online store strategy.
- Develop collateral with Mar Com team as appropriateDrive product strategy and roadmap (from FG stocking plans to plans for new product development)
- Maintain close knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Drive cost reductions as appropriateMonitor product performance for continuous fiscal and technical improvements
- Explore relationships with other channels (renters, distribution etc)
- Explore/promote refurb sales
- Guide and participate in proposal generation
Special Knowledge, skill and abilities requirements: Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Organized with outgoing personality for interaction with customers.
Education and experience required: College degree, ideally a person with a technical degree with business experience. Experience in the Electronic Load or test industry is preferred.
